Most adults 13 and older with healthy gums fit the Adult Plan. If you've been treated for periodontal (gum) disease and are currently on active perio maintenance, the Perio Plan covers the more intensive cleaning schedule that comes with that. For children 12 and younger, the Child Plan covers the same preventive visits at a lower rate built around pediatric care.
